Booking is super simple! Download the RideOnGo app or visit our website. Select your city, choose between e-bike (2-wheeler) or e-auto (3-wheeler), pick your preferred vehicle, select date & time, and complete the booking. Your fully charged electric vehicle will be delivered to your doorstep!

For e-bikes, you need a valid driving license (minimum two-wheeler license), an Aadhaar card or government-issued ID, and a UPI/card for security deposit (₹500 for e-bikes, ₹1000 for e-autos). For e-autos, a valid 3-wheeler or LMV license is required. All documents must be in the rider's name.

All vehicles are delivered fully charged. We have 500+ battery swap stations across the city where you can swap your drained battery for a fully charged one in under 2 minutes — completely FREE! You can also charge at any regular EV charging station. Our app shows nearby swap/charge stations in real-time.

Absolutely! You can extend your rental anytime through the RideOnGo app or by contacting our 24/7 support. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and will be charged at the applicable hourly/daily rate. Weekly and monthly plans get additional discounts on extensions.

We offer both limited and unlimited km plans. Our hourly plans come with a fair usage limit (e-bikes: 30km/hr, e-autos: 20km/hr). Daily plans include 100km for e-bikes and 80km for e-autos. Our unlimited plans let you ride without any distance restrictions — perfect for delivery partners and daily commuters!

All RideOnGo vehicles come with comprehensive insurance coverage. In case of any breakdown, our 24/7 roadside assistance team will reach you within 30 minutes. We'll either fix the issue on-spot or provide a replacement vehicle immediately. For accidents, our insurance covers third-party damages. Personal accident cover is available as an add-on at just ₹10/day.
